1 Order Cancellation Policy
Because party events have strict timelines, CelebratePRO.in operates a rapid 24-hour fulfillment cycle:
Before Dispatch (Eligible for Full 100% Refund):
You may cancel your order at no penalty before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse (typically within 2 to 4 hours of placing the order). Please notify our concierge desk via WhatsApp or email immediately with your Order ID.
After Dispatch / In Transit:
Once the courier consignment (AWB) is assigned and the package is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled in flight. If you no longer need the package, you may decline the shipment upon arrival or request a return as outlined below.
2 Damaged, Defective or Missing Items (48h Window)
Every CelebratePRO.in box is verified with a 100% itemized Bill of Materials (BOM) checklist before sealing. In the rare scenario that your box arrives damaged in transit, has defective foil balloons, or is missing a piece:

How to claim your instant resolution:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +919555554749 or email info@celebratepro.in.
- Share your Order ID along with a photo or short unboxing video showing the damaged or missing item.
- Our support team will immediately dispatch an Express Replacement at zero additional cost or initiate a full/partial refund based on your celebration date requirements.
3 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, child safety, and event integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Balloons that have already been inflated or inflated and deflated.
- Customized or personalized banners bearing names/photographs.
- Items opened and used during an event.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing essential kit components.

Once your return is received and inspected, or an authorized cancellation is confirmed, our finance team initiates the refund immediately via the Razorpay payment gateway.
Razorpay Settlement Timelines:
- UPI & Wallets (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm): Typically credited within 24 to 48 hours.
- Credit & Debit Cards: Processed and reflected on your statement within 5 to 7 business days depending on your issuing bank.
- Net Banking: Credited within 3 to 5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via direct bank account transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI upon sharing valid account details.
*Note: All refunds are credited directly back to the original source account from which the payment originated.
